3. If the rates charged to us are higher than we quoted to you, then it will be your duty to indemnify our loss. In no case we shall be bearing any of the losses.
4. The entire arrangements will be at your risk and cost, it is your responsibility to physically check the product or the services before we place an order. After or during the marriage or the function NO CLAIMS ARE ENTERTAINED.
5. If you cancel any of the bookings of any product or services, then it will be your duty to indemnify us for the losses arising from that cancellation. The loss may be of advance payments made or the cost of the legal suits.
6. We do not take the responsibility for any sort of the losses arising because of the service failure of any of our vendors or the service providers, it will be your duty to check in advance to each and every service or product arranged for. You can even send your friend or a relative with us for physically checking the genuineness of the vendors or to clear your doubts.
7. Legal cases if any will be subject to ludhiana jurisdiction.
